Fairly clean low cost hotel with super-friendly and amiable staff. Central heating, TV, and a writing table in the room, perfect and great location. Comfortable bedrooms. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

Staff was wonderful, eager to please and always friendly. They offered us a shuttle with all our baggage to the train station when we departed. This is a good location to radiate from for Pompei, Amalfi Coast, Salerno and Naples in a suburban atmosphere.
Dinner was flat rate, an excellent value if you have a large appetite but a very expensive plate of pasta is that's all you have.

The staff were eager to please and very helpful.
My mother is in a wheelchair, access was difficult, the wheelchair just fit in the lift and she was unable to get her wheelchair into the bathroom .For breakfast she had to have her breakfast brought to her in the lobby area, while we ate in the breakfast room.

We were impressed with all the staff with whom we came into contact with, particularly the restaurant and reception staff -- they could not have been more helpful and friendly. They all worked well together and seemed to enjoy their work. Clean towels were provided each day without requesting them -- very much appreciated!
A rather limited menu with seemingly pre-packed meals and no visible chef or kitchen staff evident, although in the main we did enjoy the meals we chose.

The location was perfect for us to explore Salerno and the Amalfi Coast. We had a blast visiting the vibrant clubs in Salerno and dancing the night away. The hotel staff was super chill and even gave us some cool recommendations for local hangouts. The free parking was a major plus as we could easily hop in our car and hit the road for our day trips to Positano and Capri. it was a wicked experience for us party-loving teenagers!
The only thing we would have loved to see at Hotel Europa is a rooftop party area. We were craving some late-night rooftop vibes and it would have been epic to hang out with other young travelers under the stars.

It was almost in the city center
Everything. Bath full of hair, dirty walls, a lot of hair between the bedding, bathroom sink dirty, shower plugged, the phone drowned in dust. Corridor-like horror films- carpets full of holes, dirty walls with holes. Was terrifying to sleep in that hotel. Not talking about breakfast... Even a 1 star hotel is cleaner

In town and easy to find
Is in need of a referbishment the building and the furniture are outdated. The internet doesn't work in the room and the breakfast is passabile. It would have been nice to have some cereal for breakfast as well. Good if you are staying for 1 night.

Great value for money and convenient location. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff was friendly. The hotel was set in a quiet neighborhood, close to many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Private parking was available, which was a plus for us, and the towels provided were of good quality. We really enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast was basic, and the selection could be improved. , the elevator engine located on the roof could be heard at night, which was slightly bothersome.

This budget-friendly hotel is conveniently located near the highway with easy access to various restaurants and shops. Rooms are generally clean, with some featuring balconies and parking is available on-site. Although their breakfast is simple, the staff is friendly and attentive to guest needs.
The hotel room lacked adequate soundproofing, allowing noises and activities from adjacent rooms to easily penetrate.

When traveling by car, I appreciated that this hotel offered parking facilities. In addition, the location near the autostrada made it easy for me to continue my journey the next day. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.
